Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it immediately. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your package is shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note that delivery timelines are handled by the courier partner once dispatched.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details. Reshipping will require additional charges.

College / Hostel / Office Deliveries

Deliveries to colleges, hostels, or offices are at the buyer’s risk. If rejected by security or management, refunds will not be issued.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Lost Packages: If your package is lost, we will resend it. If unavailable, store credit will be provided.

Unexpected Delays: Natural events or unforeseen issues may delay delivery.

Delivery Disputes

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven't received it:

• Contact us within 24 hours
• Disputes after 48 hours will not be accepted

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp and email. Rejected COD orders may restrict future COD availability.
