Order Processing 

Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it immediately. As such, orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package is shipped.

Shipping Charges & Options

  1. Standard Shipping: INR 80/- to all locations within India.
  2. Express Shipping: For INR 200/- extra to get faster delivery in 3-4 business days.
  3. COD (Cash on Delivery): For INR 150/- per order for all locations within India.

     

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information. Simply click the link to track your order’s progress. Please note that once the package leaves our facility, we no longer control delivery times.

     

    Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

    Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not liable for undelivered shipments or returns (Return to Origin) due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an item is sent back to us for this reason, you will again need to pay the shipping cost to have it sent to your location.

    College/Hostel/Office Deliveries

    Shipments to colleges, hostels, or offices are sent at the buyer's risk. If the security or warden rejects your package, we cannot issue refunds or credit. Ensure your package will be accepted to avoid any issues.

     

    Lost or Delayed Shipments

    Lost Packages

    If your package ever gets lost on its way to you, we’ll send your order again. If any item is unavailable, you can choose to wait for it to come back in stock and get a credit to use on your next purchase.

    Unexpected Delays

    In cases of natural calamities, extreme weather, or unforeseen events, delivery can take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    Delivery Disputes

    If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

    1. Please contact us within 24 hours.
    2. We cannot resolve disputes reported after 48 hours of the delivery status update.

       

      Cash on Delivery Orders

      1. Once you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, we’ll send you a WhatsApp message and an email to confirm your order, including the amount due at delivery.
      2. Please note that if a COD order is refused at delivery, your COD option may be limited for future purchases.
