Return and exchange policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do follow a return and exchange policy subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned below:
You can initiate a return or exchange if;
- You have received a wrong product. Wrong product, here, entails a product that is different in colour or size from the one, so chosen by you or You have received a defective product.
- You will need to send an unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the corrugated box to the defect being showcased clearly.
Refund/ replacement is not accepted under the following circumstances;
- Minor differences in details.
- Slight irregularities in products
- Shade variations in colour may be an effect of lighting or your screen settings. This is not considered fit to be regarded as a colour difference.
Process:
- Reach out to us at thecactistore1@gmail.com with a photograph and video of the items to be replaced within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. Ensure that the defect or mismatch is highlighted in the photo.
- Return the product through a trusted courier service of your choice or our courier partner in your city. We shall coordinate the same for you if the services are available in your locality.
- Make sure –
- That the product is returned within 7 business days of receiving it
- That it is in unused condition with the original tags and invoice.
- That the return packets are securely packed to prevent further damage. If found damaged, the product will not be replaced or refunded.
- Please note that the shipping charges are not refundable.
Our Process:
- Once we evaluate the received product to be satisfying the above conditions, we shall intimate you of the approval of your request.
- The product shall be replaced free of cost, subject to availability, and if the product is unavailable then a refund would be initiated on the cost of the product to your debit/credit card used for the payment.
- Once a product is accepted for return, an exchange or refund is initiated within 5-7 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
- If deemed unfit for return, the product shall be returned to you.
- Processing and closing a replacement/refund request may take 10 business days on our end.
- In case of credits issued to the debit/credit card, kindly allow one billing cycle for the credit to reflect in your card statement.
- We shall not be held responsible for any further delay effecting the credit on the part of the associate bank.
