  2. Minor Differences: Small variations from product description.
  3. Color Variations: Differences due to lighting or screen settings.
  4. Shipping Delays: Delays caused by courier services.
  5. Sale Items: Products purchased on discount.
  6. Incorrect Address: Lost packages due to wrong address.
  7. Rejected Prepaid Orders: Refusal at delivery.
  8. Used Products: Already used items.
  9. Damage from Misuse: Improper handling or negligence.
  10. Personalized Products: Custom-made items.
  11. Free Products: Complimentary promotional items.

How to Start a Return or Exchange?

Follow these steps:

  1. Record Your Unboxing:
    Film a continuous, unedited video showing your name, order number, package seal, address label, and defect clearly.
  2. Email Us:
    Send details within 24 hours to thecactistoreinfo@gmail.com with video/photos and issue description.
  3. Shipping the Product Back:
    Return via your courier or request pickup if available.

Conditions for Return

  1. Include original tags and invoice.
  2. Pack securely to prevent damage.
  3. Damaged returns won’t be accepted.
  4. Return within 7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Product Refund Only: Only product amount is refunded.
  2. Processing Time: 5–7 business days (card refunds may take one billing cycle).

Exchange Process

If Available:

  • Damaged items can be replaced if stock is available.

If Not Available:

  • Store credit (excluding shipping) will be issued within 3–7 days.
  • Valid for 3 months.
