At Cacti Store, we aim to make every purchase memorable. If you encounter any issues, we do offer a return and exchange policy for the same. Read our guidelines below and enjoy a seamless shopping experience. 

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  1. The item is incorrect, for instance, you received a different color, size, or product.
  2. The item you receive is either damaged or defective.

     

    What Doesn’t Qualify for Return, Exchange, or Refund?

    1. Change of Mind: If after placing an order you change your mind or no longer want the product.
    2. Minor Differences: If there are small differences in the product description.
    3. Color Variations: If there are any minor color differences in the product. It occurs mostly due to lighting or screen settings.
    4. Shipping Delays: If there are any delays caused by the courier services.
    5. Sale Items: If any products are purchased on sale or at a discount.
    6. Incorrect Address: If your package is lost due to an incorrect address.
    7. Rejected Prepaid Orders: If you refuse to accept a prepaid order upon delivery.
    8. Used Products: If you are returning an already used product.
    9. Damage from Misuse: If the products are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
    10. Personalized Products: If you are returning a customized product that is created as per your specifications.
    11. Free Products: If any complimentary items are provided during promotional sale periods.

    How to Start a Return or Exchange?

    Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

    1. Record Your Unboxing:
      First, film a video of your unboxing, showing your name, order number, package seal, address label, and defective part of the product. Make sure it's a continuous, unedited video that clearly shows any problems with the product.

    2. Email Us:
      Next, email us at thecactistoreinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In the mail, attach your unboxing video, a clear photo, or detailed information on any issues you are facing.

    3. Shipping the Product Back:
      Now, you can return the item using a courier of your choice. Alternatively, if our delivery partner is available in your area, we can arrange for a pickup.

     

    Conditions for Return
    1. Include all original tags and the invoice.
    2. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
    3. Damaged returns cannot be refunded or exchanged.
    4. Return the item within 7 business days of receiving it.

    Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

     

    Refund Process

    Here’s how our refund process works:

    1. Product Refund Only: If approved, we will refund only the product amount.
    2. Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. For card payments, please allow one billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.

       

      Exchange Process

      Here’s how our exchange process works:

      If Available:

      • If your item arrives damaged, you can exchange it for a replacement if it’s in stock.

      If Not Available:

      • If the exact item isn’t available, we will issue you a store credit equal to the amount of the product you have paid excluding the shipping costs. This will be reflected in your Cacti account within 3-7 days.
      • You can use this store credit for your next purchase. It will be valid for 3 months from when you get it.
